What happens when an entire community hangs its hopes on a tree?
Under the Wishing Tree is a monologue-led mosaic play about a woodland wishing tree and the people who hang their hopes, fears and memories in its branches. When disaster strikes, the community must decide what to protect, what to let go, and what needs to change.
This full-length stage play is complete and open to further development and possible production.

MY CURRENT WIP
Everyone at The Old Oak needs somewhere to belong. The trouble is, belonging to a pub can cost more than a pint.
When Jane takes on a failing British pub, she inherits more than a business: a loyal, chaotic community of staff and regulars who need it for more than drink. But as she tries to hold The Old Oak together, she discovers that caring for a community is not always the same as saving a pub.
This play is still in its infancy, with a full draft expected in the next few months.
